Tanessa

Hi, my name is Tanessa, and I'm the owner and creator of Blonde Culture. I'm originally from Winnipeg, Manitoba, and in 2020 I made my lifelong dream of living in the Alberta Rockies a reality. Relocating to Cochrane, I quickly fell in love with its small-town charm and proximity to endless mountain adventures. Working behind the chair for almost a decade I've become known in the industry for my specialized blondes. My signature style is a beachy blonde, with a lived-in look. I love cutting an edgy bob/lob with a little added texture. I also love working with extensions and have extensive experience with advanced tieing and taping methods. Although these styles have become signatures of my work, I love to create all types of looks. When I'm not in the salon I love spending time in the mountains, hiking, snowboarding, camping, and fishing. I grew up spending much of my time, outdoors with family and I continue to live that lifestyle here in Alberta. I set out to create a space that's cozy, comfortable, and full of good vibes and I can't wait to share it with you. I hope to see you in my chair soon!
