Adjustment/Redo Policy
We want to ensure all our clients are 100% satisfied with their service. We have 7 day adjustment policy. If you have any concerns with your service, please contact us within the 7 days from your original appointment date to resolve any issues free of charge.
Canellation Policy
A cancellation fee of 50% of the service value will apply for appointments cancelled with les than 48 hour notice. For failure to attend is 100% fee for services booked. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to contact a client on our waitlist to fill that time slot. We confirm appointments 72 hours in advance, in case you may have forgotten that appointment you booked three months ago. Thank you for your understand.
